Easy One-of-a-Kind Fractures – 35" x 35" Art Quilt

   This quilt was designed, sewn, and quilted by Brenda Esslinger of Oklahoma City. Appliqué by Darcy Ashton. The fracture was created from four 15" x 15" repeats of a gorgeous piece of Asian fabric. Once sewn back together and completed with a 6" outer border, the finished quilt measured 35" square.
   The nature of this technique will not yield two quilts exactly the same, the size of your final project will be determined by your fabric choices. This project is also perfect for using photo transfers of a one-of-a-kind photograph.
