Raw Edged Appliqué with
Dimensional Prairie Points and Buttons

     To sew these blocks, follow the hand appliqué instructions, but skip the needle-turn part, leaving the seam allowance as a raw edge. They were machine quilted with mono-filament thread directly over the buttonhole stitching, then the threads were clipped and pulled to create the look of long-haired rabbits. The four blocks in this quilt were hand stitched and machine quilted by Darcy Ashton using Warm and Natural™ batting by the Warm™ Company.
